Imogen is such a sweet southern gentlewoman to Laudna.
It warms my heart so much how Imogen always gives Laudna a choice. I feel like that’s so important for Laudna, especially due to how much she probably feels like she isn’t in control due to Delilah. But Imogen has continued to try and reinforce Laudna’s confidence by always reiterating to her how SHE is the one that can control her own autonomy.
Back when she lost Laudna and they all were trying to save her, as much as she was grieving and desperately wanted to reunite with her, Imogen still made the final choice be up to Laudna.
The way that Imogen had feelings for Laudna for a while now, and had the desire to confess, but could hear how much Laudna was stressing over and becoming overwhelmed with the events that were happening around them. So she decided to keep her feelings private out of not wanting to put more added stress onto her.
The fact that she ASKED to kiss Laudna instead of just doing it. And then afterwards she still tried to take any type of pressure off of Laudna by telling her that she didn’t need to say or do anything if she didn’t want to.
Also (and a moment that I feel has been a bit overlooked) is that once they reconvened with the rest of the group, it seemed like it was a bit up in the air as to whether or not they were going to bring up the fact that they kissed. However, once Laudna seemed upset by how Pate almost spilled the beans about them, Imogen immediately supported her by using her slick deceptive skills to quickly squash any lines of questioning and divert their attention to something else.
*bites my pillow* Imogen being the ‘hat-tilting’ southern heartthrob makes me feel things. I know that her vibe now leans more towards sorcerer. But in her soul she’s still a southern girl, and I Ioooove it.

The circlet has given us two absolutely incredible things (lets Imogen get drunk and lets Imogen kiss Laudna) and I cannot WAIT to see them merge. Drunk flirty Imogen. imogen and laudna embody both “i can fix her” and “i can make her worse” simultaneously and i can’t wait to see what their tether/anchor dynamic unleashes
I’m so happy that Liam mentioned how it seemed like imodna was a thing all the way back in the beginning. It’s so validating to hear that we weren’t the only ones picking up the vibes.
